Refunds are normally available for first-time annual and lifetime purchases requested within 14 calendar days of the original purchase. Renewals should be canceled before their renewal date.

Live payments are not currently enabled. Before launch, ProductPack will publish a monitored support channel for requests from the checkout email address with the order identifier. Never send complete card information.

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method. Banks and payment providers determine when the credit appears. Refunded licenses are deactivated.
